Project Background:
This project is located on a major transportation artery in Shanghai,China and aims to address both urban road lighting and digital commercial advertising needs through an off-grid solar power system. Taking advantage of the abundant sunshine but unstable power infrastructure in the area, we provided 12-meter-high off-grid solar streetlights that integrate both lighting and LED display screens.
Technical Solution:
1. Industrial-Grade Hardware Configuration (Hardware Reliability)
Long-lasting Corrosion Protection: 12-meter Q235 steel, hot-dip galvanized inside and out + electrostatic powder coating, providing an anti-oxidation lifespan of over 20 years.
High-Efficiency Lighting: 100W/150W integrated die-cast aluminum LED, high luminous efficiency, fast heat dissipation, and low light decay.
Stable Structure: 400mm reinforced flange with Φ20×600 anchor bolts, ensuring the 12-meter high pole remains stable even under high wind loads.
2. Off-Grid Energy System (Power System)
Powerful Energy Supply: 400W monocrystalline silicon solar panel, providing sufficient power for lighting and advertising screens.
Deep Energy Storage: 24V/100AH lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4), with a long cycle life and superior discharge depth.
3. Core Commercial Value (Strategic Value)
Screen-Powered Lighting: Integrated 200W outdoor high-brightness LED display screen, achieving a win-win model of "lighting + advertising revenue."
Zero Wiring Costs: 100% off-grid self-sufficiency, eliminating the need for complex power grid construction and electricity costs in Kenya.
