PV Energy Storage System Technical Parameters

1.PV Module parameters

PV Panel Type:Monocrystalline silicon(high conversion efficiency:18%-23%)and polycrystalline silicon (cost-effective;15%-18%).Monocrystalline silicon is preferred,as it delivers more stable generation in low-light outdoor environmrnts.

PV Panel Power:10-100W,matched to the total power consumption of the integrated light.For example,a 20W combined light is paired with a 30W PV panel to reserve power generation redundancy.

Dimension Specificatons:Small-sized panels(300×400mm)for household combined lights;large-sizzed pamels(600×1200mm) for outdoor commercia combined lights.Foldable/flexible designs are available for protability or adaptation to irregularly shaped lamp bodies.

Operating Voltage:12V/24V,matched to the voltage of the energy storage battery to avoid additona voltage conversion losses.Maximum operaating current ≤ 5A to energy storage output of the module.

Weather Resistance:The glass panel(3.2mm thick) resists hailstones (withstands impact from 25mm-diameter hailstones) and UV rays (the backsheet has a UV resistance rating of UV10,with no aging after 5 years of exposure).

Protection class: IP67(resistant to heavy rain immersion).


2.Energy Storage Battery Parameters

Battery Type:Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries (safe,with over 2000 charge-discharge cycles) and ternary lithium batteries (high energy density,longer endurance). LFP batteries are preferred for outdoor use,as they are high-temperature resistant and less prone to fire.

Battery Capacity:5000mAh-100Ah.For example,a 10W combined light is paried with a 20Ah battery,enabling over 30 hours of endurance in low-light conditions.‘Rated capacity’ is clearly marked (instesd of inflated capacity).

Operating Voltage:12V/24V,consistent with the voltage of PV panels and lamps to form a closed power supply loop.Charging voltage:13.8V-29.2V,compatible with the output voltage range of PV panels.

Charge/Discharge Protection:Equipped with overcharge,over-discharge,overcurrent,and short-circuit protection to prevent battery swelling and damage.Low-temperature protection is included (automatically reduces charge-discharge efficiency below -10℃ to protect the battery).

Endurance Time:20-100 hours in low-light mode (total power of combined light:5W);5-20 hours in high-light mode (total power:20W ).Supports dua'light control + time control’ modes(turns on at dusk and off at a set time to extend endurance).


3.Combined Light Lighting Parameters

Light Source Combination:Configured based on scenarios,such as ‘main lighting(10W floodlight)’+auxiliary lights (two 5W spotlights) or illumination (15W) + warning light (3W strobe).Total power ≤ 1.2 times the PV panel power to ensure power generation covers consumption.

Optica Performance:Main lighting has a luminous flux of 800-2000lm and a color temperature of 3000K-6000k (for basic illumination).Auxiliary lights have a luminous flux of 300-800lm and a beam angle of 15°-60° (for focused lighting). Color rendering indec (Ra) ≥ 80 to restore the true colors of objects.

Control Method:Automatic control of PV charging (charges during the day and discharges at night).Supports remote control/APP adjustment (independenntly controls the on/off/brightness of each light group )and is equipped with a power display (LED beads indicate remaining power).


4.Overall Structure Weather Resistance Parameters

Integrated Design:Three-in-one integration of PV panel, battery,and lamp (easy to install,no additiona wiring required) or modular design (components detachable for easy maintenance and replacement).
