Expanded Form Specifications: Maximum expanded area reaches 1000㎡ with a projected area of 650. It adopts a multi-unit tensioned membrane design, supported by radial umbrella frames to form an irregular dome shape. The maximum span of the membrane edge can cover a rectangular area of approximately 45m×25m or a circular area with a diameter of 35m, providing full coverage for outdoor events with a scale of 1,000 people.

Height & Storage Dimensions: In the expanded state, the overall height is 16m, and the lowest point of the membrane is no less than 12m from the ground, ensuring the passage of large equipment and personnel. In the closed state, it contracts into a columnar structure, rising to 20m in height with a diameter of only 3.5m. This significantly reduces the occupied space, adapting to the compact layout needs of core urban areas.

2. Core Structure & Material Parameters

Support Structure: The main umbrella frame is made of Q355B high-strength alloy steel. The main keel has a cross-sectional size of 400×300×16mm, and the secondary keel is 250×200×12mm. The surface undergoes double anti-corrosion treatment of hot-dip galvanization + fluorocarbon coating, with a coating thickness of ≥120μm. It achieves over 5,000 hours of corrosion resistance in salt spray tests, adapting to multiple climate environments. The central column is a seamless alloy steel pipe with a diameter of 800mm and a wall thickness of 25mm. The bottom is rigidly connected to the foundation using flanges, with M42 high-strength chemical anchor bolts—each bolt has a pull-out resistance of ≥150KN.

Membrane System: Premium PTFE membrane material is used, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a weight per unit area of 750g/㎡. After prestress treatment, the tensile strength is ≥80KN/m (longitudinal) and ≥70KN/m (transverse), and the tear strength is ≥90N. It has passed NFPA 701 fire certification and ISO 10960 UV resistance certification, blocking over 98% of UV rays. The color fastness is ≥Grade 7, and the service life is up to 25 years. The membrane surface adopts heat-welding technology, with weld strength reaching 90% of the base material. Additional steel cables are installed at the joints to prevent tearing under strong winds.

Foundation Fixing System: A deep prestressed concrete foundation is used, with a diameter of 5m and a depth of 8m. It contains 16 sets of anti-pull anchor bars and 4 sets of limit steel plates, with an overall anti-overturning moment of ≥20,000KN・m, capable of resisting the pulling force and lateral thrust caused by strong winds. For soft soil foundation scenarios, expanded-base piles can be optionally equipped, with a single pile bearing capacity of ≥8,000KN.

3. Intelligent Drive & Control System

Drive Method: Equipped with 4 sets of 22KW high-power hydraulic motors, combined with multiple sets of synchronous hydraulic cylinders for driving. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 25MPa, and PLC accurately controls flow distribution to realize synchronous opening and closing of 12 sets of umbrella frames, avoiding mechanical jamming. The drive system is equipped with an emergency manual pump, allowing manual operation to complete closing in case of power failure.

Opening & Closing Performance: The entire process from full closure to complete expansion takes 8-10 minutes. The opening and closing speed can be steplessly adjusted through the control system, with a minimum speed of 0.5m/min and a maximum speed of 1.2m/min. The operation trajectory of the umbrella frame is optimized through computer simulation, and displacement sensors are installed at key nodes, with a positioning accuracy error of ≤5mm.

Control Modes: A triple control system is standard—local touchscreen control (supporting parameter setting and status monitoring), wireless remote control (effective distance ≤100m, with emergency stop button), and remote APP control (supporting real-time status checking and operation via mobile phones). The system can connect to meteorological monitoring data, realizing intelligent responses: automatic locking when wind speed ≥15m/s and automatic closing when wind speed ≥25m/s.

Safety Protection: Core moving parts are equipped with mechanical limiters and electronic proximity switches, providing double protection to avoid over-travel operation. Tension sensors are installed at the edge of the membrane to monitor the stress state of the membrane in real time. When local tension exceeds 30% of the design value, it automatically alarms and adjusts its posture. The entire system has an IP65 protection rating, and the motor and hydraulic station adopt a sealed design to resist heavy rain erosion.

4. Environmental Adaptation & Safety Parameters

Wind Resistance Performance: Verified by wind tunnel tests, the static wind resistance rating reaches Grade 12 (wind speed 32.7-36.9m/s), and the dynamic wind resistance can withstand strong gusts with an instantaneous wind speed of 45m/s. It adopts a flexible tension structure design, allowing the membrane to produce elastic deformation of ≤1.5m under wind force. This reduces structural load through force relief and buffering, and automatically resets after wind load is eliminated.

Weather Resistance & Drainage: The membrane surface adopts a bidirectional arc tension design with a drainage slope of ≥15°. It is equipped with 8 sets of invisible drainage holes and 4 built-in drainage pipes, with a drainage capacity of 300mm/h (equivalent to extreme heavy rain level), enabling rapid drainage of accumulated water to avoid pressure overload. The all-metal structure passes high-low temperature cycle tests from -40℃ to 60℃, with no risk of deformation or cracking in extreme temperature difference environments.

Additional Functional Modules: Optional modules include an LED ambient lighting system (120 sets of RGB wall washers embedded in the membrane edge, supporting color gradient and mode switching), a cold mist cooling system (1 high-pressure nozzle installed every 2m on the umbrella frame, with mist particle diameter of 5-10μm, reducing temperature under the umbrella by 5-8℃), and a rainwater collection system (collecting rainwater into a storage tank through drainage pipes, which can be used for green irrigation after filtration).

Outdoor Squares of Commercial Complexes: Serves as a promotion or parent-child activity area. It deploys quickly in case of rain to ensure uninterrupted activities, and the cold mist cooling module improves comfort during summer stays.

Coastal Trail Rest Zones: Covers trail viewing platforms and rest seats, blocking strong UV rays. Its Grade 12 wind resistance withstands sea breezes, and the 40-ton structure resists the soft ground caused by tides.

Coastal Squares in Cultural & Tourist Scenic Spots: Provides sun protection for tourists to rest during the day, and the LED lights become a landscape highlight at night. Its wind and corrosion resistance adapts to high passenger flow and harsh environments in coastal scenic spots.
