1.Core Structure Load-Bearing Parameters

Material:Mainstream options include Q235/Q345 low-caebon steel,which offers high strength and good toughness for long-term outdoor load-bearing.For light-duty scenarios,6063 aluminum alloy is available — it is lightweight and rust-resistant,with a maximum load capacity of ≤50kg.

Rated Load Capacity:Ranges from 5kg to 100kg.Regular surveillance poles for residential areas/roads support 5-30kg,while those for highways/large squares handle 30-100kg.The maximum safe load must be clearly marked,with a 1.2x redundancy margin to prevent overloading.

Pole Structure:Tapered poles(wider at the bottom,narrower at the top) are the mainstream design,featuring strong wind resistance.Straight poles are only suitable for light equipment,such as indoor capacity and pole height,the thicker the wall(e.g., 10m poles require a wall thickness of ≥6mm).

Flange Specification:Diameter ranges form 200mm to 600mm,matching the pole herght and load capacity (e.g., 6m poles use300mm flanges).There are 4-8 bolt holes (aperture 16mm-24mm),secured with high-strength bolts to pre vent tipping.


2.Dimension Tnstallation Parameters

Pole Height:3m-15m.For regulr scenarios:3-6m for residential areas/factory campuses,6-10m for roads/park,and 10-15m for highways/open areas.The pole height must be 0.5m-1m lower than the monitoeing camera's field of view to avoid blocking the visual range.

Pole Diameter:Bottom diameter 114mm-325mm,top diameter 76mm-165mm.Tapered poles have a taper ratio of 1:100 to 1:150(e.g., a 10m pole has a 219mm bottom diameter and 114mm top diameter).

Equipment Mounting Positions:1-3 mounting brackets are pre-installed(bracket aperture Φ16mm-Φ20mm,compatible with mainstream camera gimbals).The bracket spacing is 300mm-800mm to facilitate multi-equipment installation (e.g., main camera + fill light)

Cabling Design:The pole interior is hollow (inner diameter ≥50mm for easy cable routing).A cable outlet (aperture Φ20mm-Φ30mm ) with a waterproof gasket is provided at the bottom,and a rain cap is fitted at the top to prevent rainwater from seeping into the pole and corroding wires.


3.Material Treatment Weather Resistance Parameters

Anti-Corrosion Treatment:Hot-dip galanization is applied (zinc coating thickness ≥85μm),ensuring a service life of ≥ 30 years indoor and ≥ 20 years outdoors,with resistance to salt spray and moisture.Optional electrostatic powder coating is available (colors:off-white,silver-gray) for UV resistance and anti-fading,with a coating thickness of ≥60μm.

Wind Resistance Rating:≥Grade 12. The pole's wind load coefficient is≤0.6,  and ehwn paired with a reinforced flange,it can withstand strong winds with a speed of ≥32.7m/s. Additional typhoon-resistant design is required for coastal areas.

Operating Temperature:-40℃ to 70℃, adapting to severe cold in northern regions and high temperatures in southern regions.The pole material has a low-temperature impact energy of≥34J to prevent brittle fracture in low temperatures.

Corrosion Resistance:Passes a 72-hour salt spray test(no red rust,suitable for highly corrosive environments like coastal areas and industrial zones) and a 48-hour acid-base test (resistant to mild acid-base erosion).


4.Additional Adaptation Parameters

Accessory Compatibility:Supports the installation of fill lights(12V/220V power interfaces pre-reserved),speakers(audio cable routing holes pre-reserved),and solar panels(a mounting bracket can be added to the top,with a load capacity of ≤20kg).

Foundation Requirements:A matching concrete foundation is required(size ≥600mm×600mm×800mm, poured with C30 concrete).The foundation weight must be ≥1.5x the pole weight to ensure overall stability.

Grounding Design:A grounding bolt(specification M12) is installed at the bottom of the pole,with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω to prevent lightning strikes from damaging monitoring equipment.
